Subscriptions & recurring costs

This one came out of client conversations: pinning down what someone actually pays for each month is surprisingly hard - things get forgotten, and there's no obvious place to start. So we built a running catalog of the usual suspects to jog memory, sorted into categories, with the totals drawn out visually. Subscriptions are engineered to be forgettable, and added up they're often one of the largest flexible lines in a budget - yet unlike a mortgage, every one is cancellable this month.

This tool makes the total visible. List everything recurring - or start from the built-in catalog of popular services - and it rolls the amounts up into monthly and yearly totals across eight spending categories. An inflation projection, calibrated per country and adjustable per category, then shows what the same basket will cost in five or ten years, which is usually the number that finally motivates a cleanup.
